The experience we bring
We have been assessing for executive positions for decades across different industries in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Russia. Our experience includes management audit as part of mergers and acquisitions, major organizational change programs, and external benchmark processes.
We have held executive positions ourselves, and brings understanding of business dynamics, well proven psychological management assessment methods, and a profound psychodynamic understanding of the executive role.
However, and foremost, we bring dedication to the customer, and a relentless effort to get the right candidate in. We are in particular careful to honor the confidentiality, privacy, and respect needed in executive assessment
What we do
We deliver a job success prognosis and behavioral description, i.e. what is the likelihood of success, and a breakdown of the dominant characteristic behavior you can expect.
Our approach consists of 3 phases, each of equal importance to the reliability of the prognosis:
To maintain rigorous quality and effectiveness of our assessment approach, we are careful to document our methods and processes and to supervise and evaluate our own individual performance.
We have no strings attached to any headhunters and will not be influenced by any internal political or power interests: We bring a clean, fact-based prognosis towards the defined role criteria – only.
We often step in after the headhunters have presented their candidates and you have chosen the one or two best for final assessment. We handle the candidate process through to feedback to the candidate.
We meet the candidates in our offices in Copenhagen or Zürich, or travel to any suitable location to facilitate a smooth time-effective process.
